EU: Czech President Refuses To Sigh Lisbon Treaty

The Czechoslovakian President, Vaclav Klaus has refused to sign the EU Lisbon Treaty.

The EU's Lisbon reform plans aimed at transforming the 27 member bloc into a global power.

However, Poland has finally ratified the Lisbon treaty, but speculation is mounting over how long the Czech President will hold out, as officials in Brussels grapple with appointing the top EU jobs.
