Nigerians To
Participate In Entrepreneurship Summit
Three
Nigerians have been selected to attend the Presidential Summit
on Entrepreneurship, scheduled for Washington, DC on April 26.
They are Mrs. Omowale Ogunrinde, Executive Director of the
Foundation for Skills Development, Dr. Ikuemonisan Ayobami,
President of Glimmer of Hope Foundation and Ms Fatima Mohammed,
Editor-in-Chief of Draftbill Magazine.
A statement by the US embassy said the beneficiaries were
carefully selected, based on their commitment to entrepreneurial
skills development.
The summit is expected to bring together successful
entrepreneurs from 50 countries across the globe.
It will afford the beneficiaries the opportunity to identify
obstacles, potential solutions and establish partnerships.
’’ The summit is an opportunity for networking, sharing
ideas, interaction among entrepreneurs and those committed to
advancing entrepreneurship,’’ the statement said.
The summit is also to serve as a catalyst for discussion and
action among stakeholders in entrepreneurship across the globe.
