Nasarawa State To Review Medical Workers Salaries
The
Nasarawa state government, in North Central Nigeria
has embarked on the review of medical workers
salary.
The State Commissioner of Health, Alhaji Abubakar
Dahiru told Journalists in Lafia that his ministry
had dispatched a delegation to tour the country
and compare salaries of workers in the medical
sector.
Appeal
Dahiru appealed to the health workers to call off
their one week strike and return to work.
The workers want the government to implement the new
national salary structure approved for them.

Commission Assures On Online Registration
The Nigerian
Corporate Affairs Commission , CAC, has assured
prospective businessmen and investors that its
online company registration is up and running.
This assurance
came following a report that the software it
installed for online registration had broken down.
Information Director of the Commission, Dr Muhtar
Alhassan, told newsmen in Abuja that the
commission was carrying out its full functions as
the software for online registration is adequate.
Alhassan said the commission, had significantly
improved the process for registering companies both
at the headquarters and the zonal offices.
He said the commission had registered more than
42,000 companies this year.
