E -Passport Strengthens Investors Confidence
The
Comptroller General of the Nigerian Immigration
Service, Mr. Chukwurah Odeh says the introduction of
E-Passport has increased investors confidence in the
Nigeria’s economy.
Mr. Odeh explained that the scheme has also enhanced
the credibility of Nigerians, as the electronic
passport does not allow manipulation witnessed with
the machine-readable passport.
The e-passport was introduced in 2002 to replace the
analogue ones by 2010.
