Golden Eagles Set For Congo U-17 Championship

The Nigeria Football Federation has concluded plans for the National U-17 team, the Golden Eagles to travel to Congo on August 25th for the CAF U-17 African Youth Championship qualifier against the Congolese.

While stating that the boys are ready for the encounter, coach Monday Odigwe said the Federation has forwarded the players’ International Passports  to the Congolese Embassy for entry Visas.

The match, scheduled for August 28th, is the first by Nigeria in the qualifying series of the Championship.
