Taekwondo Championship Kicks Off In Lagos

The 2010 Panamai Taekwondo Camp and Competition has opened at the indoor Sports Hall of the National Stadium, Lagos, Nigeria.

The competition runs from August 17th to 22nd with the camping aspect to hold from August 17th to 19th while the competition proper kicks off on August 29th to 22nd.

Co-ordinator of the programme, Ferguson Oluigbo said the aim is to discover future talents for the country as well as groom more officiating officials for Taekwondo sports in Nigeria.
