Spain To Loan Angola 600 Million Euros
Spain
says it will grant 500 million Euros loan Angola, to bolster trade between the
two nations.
Spanish Secretary of State for Commerce, Silvia Iranzo, said on Wednesday, on an
Angolan radio programme, that Spain also planned to go ahead with a separate 200
million euro loan to Angola that had been agreed two years ago.
In her words, ’’We are talking about two different lines of credit. One is a
loan with commercial conditions of 500 million Euros, the other 200 million euro
loan is part of a financial programme that was signed between Angola and Spain
two years ago but never came into force."
She was quoted as saying on Radio Nacional de Angola.
