Chinedu iheaka, Lagos

Mobile Telecommunications subscribers in Nigeria have expressed displeasure over the poor accessibility of incentives offered by mobile telecommunications operators in Nigeria to shore up subscribers base.

These reactions are coming as mobile telecommunications operators in Nigeria continue to reward new and old customers with friendly packages.

Subscribers are calling for a more efficient regulatory and monitoring agency to ensure that telecomm customer’s needs are not undermined.

They equally suggested that the Nigerian Communications Commission should live up to its responsibility in ensuring that the operators play by the rules and to ensure that subscriber interest is protected.

Acknowledging the level of growth recorded in the telecommunications sector, subscribers have called on various mobile telecommunications operators to improve on their service delivery to fit into the competitive market.
