Nigerian First Lady arrives in Korea for working visit

The wife of the Nigerian president, Mrs Patience Jonathan has arrived in South Korea for a three-day working visit.

She was received at the Incheon International Airport by the Nigerian Ambassador to South Korea, Mr Desmond Akawor, his wife and wives of the ambassadors of South Africa, Cote d’Ivoire , Uganda, Gabon, Angola and Luanda amongst other top government dignitaries.

While in South Korea, Mrs. Jonathan is to attend the Grand Opening of the 24th Church Growth International Conference at the Yoido Full Gospel Church, attend the International Grand Prayer Rally organized by Senior Pastor, Yongi Cho, and a visit to the Hyatt Heavy Industry Shipyard.

The first lady is accompanied by governors and ministers’ wives who are in Korea to partake in the prayer session for the peace and good of their states and Nigeria as a country.
           
This is the third time Mrs Jonathan would be attending Prayer sessions at the Yoido Church to pray for Nigeria. 

The Yoido Full Gospel Church is the biggest Christian gathering in Asia overseen by 84 year old Pastor, David Yongi Cho.
