Nigeria
on Monday qualified for the semi-finals of the African Nations
Cup by beating Zambia on penalties.
The quarter final match was won by the Super Eagles who scored
all its five penalty kicks while Zambia lost one of its five
kicks.

and converting the last penalty kick.

ended in a stalemate after 120 minutes of play.
The win pitches Nigeria against her West African rivals, Ghana,
in the semi-finals in Luanda.
Earlier, defending Champions, Egypt beat Cameroon 3-1 in extra
time to book a date with rival Algeria in the other semi–finals
