Ahmadiyya Organises International Taekwondo Championship 

 

The Ahmadiyya International Martial Arts Association of Nigeria, AIMAAN, has organised a 3 day National Taekwondo Championship at the Indoor Sport Hall of the Kwara State Stadium Complex, in Ilorin, Kwara State, North central Nigeria. 

The Taekwondo competition was organized as part of the one hundred year Centenary celebration of the Khilafat Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat and was moderated by the National Taekwondo Federation, NTF. 

The celebration began in March this year. 

According to the National President and Grand Master of AIMAAN, Nurein Yusuf, who is one of the pioneering members of Taekwondo in Nigeria, the participants used the event to showcase their skills and prove their talents to the world. 

Outstanding participants are to be invited to camp by the National Taekwondo Federation, NTF.
