| Libyan rebel council refuses negotiations with Gaddafi
Libya's rebel National Council has said that it will not negotiate with Muammar Gaddafi to end the war.
Abed al-Hafeez Ghoga said this on Monday in a news conference in Benghazi.
In his words, "We are in a war of attrition this dictator has forced upon us.
Because of this we refuse to negotiate with him.”
Ghoga said that the rebels will see the end of Gaddafi rather than negotiate.
“He is wanted internationally as a war criminal. He will be judged for his genocidal actions against his own people," he added.
